Booking & pricing
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring everything needed, including eco-friendly, pet-safe products. If you prefer we use a specific product of yours, just let us know.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many customers give us access instructions (lockbox, door code, concierge). We keep them private and follow them exactly on every visit.
How do you calculate the price?
The quote is based on the type of cleaning, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the size of the home, how often you'd like us to come and any extras. You see the breakdown before you book.
Is the online quote the final price?
It's an instant estimate from the details you provide. We confirm the final price before the first visit; it only changes if the home or the scope is different from what was described.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right.
Can I get the same cleaners each time?
For recurring plans we do our best to send the same team, so they know your home and your preferences.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Absolutely. Let us know about your pets in the quote so we plan a little extra time for hair and dander.
How do I pay?
Securely by card after the visit, or in advance if you prefer. Recurring plans are billed per visit.
Regular Cleaning

How long does a regular cleaning take?
Most homes take between two and four hours depending on size and condition. Your quote shows an estimated duration.
Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?
Picking up clothes and clutter helps us focus on cleaning. If you'd like us to organize as well, add the tidy-up extra in your quote.
Deep Cleaning
Questions about Deep Cleaning
How is deep cleaning different from regular cleaning?
Deep cleaning adds the detailed, less-frequent tasks: baseboards, trim, fixtures, vents, grout and the areas behind furniture. It takes longer and is priced accordingly.
How often should I book a deep clean?
Most homes benefit from a deep clean once or twice a year, or as the first visit of a recurring plan.
Move-In Cleaning
Questions about Move-In Cleaning
Does the home need to be empty?
Empty is best. If some furniture is already in place we'll clean around it and let you know what we couldn't reach.
Move-Out Cleaning
Questions about Move-Out Cleaning
Is oven and fridge cleaning included?
Yes. For move-out cleaning, inside the oven and refrigerator are included, not extras.
Recurring Cleaning

Can I pause or skip a visit?
Yes. Let us know in advance and we'll skip or move the visit without any fee.
Why is the first visit priced differently?
The first visit brings the home up to our standard, so it takes longer. From the second visit on, your plan discount applies.

Do you clean apartments with building access rules?
Yes. Tell us about parking, elevators or concierge in the special instructions and we'll plan accordingly.
