Terms of Service

When you request a quote you receive an estimate based on the details you provide. The estimate becomes a confirmed booking once we accept it and send you a confirmation. If the home or the scope turns out to be materially different from what was described, we will tell you before starting and agree on the price with you.

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time, whether you are home or leave instructions such as a lockbox or door code. If our team cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

Each service lists the tasks it covers. Work not listed, or work that requires special equipment, chemicals or licensing, is not included. We do not move heavy furniture, clean areas that require a ladder above standard height, or handle biohazard or pest situations.

Prices are quoted in US dollars. Payment is due when the cleaning is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. Recurring plans are charged per visit. Failed or declined payments may pause future visits until resolved.

If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will return to correct it at no additional cost. The guarantee covers re-cleaning the areas in question; it is not a refund guarantee.

We treat your home with care. If we damage something, contact us within 24 hours so we can document and resolve it. Please secure irreplaceable, fragile or high-value items before a visit.
